In 1999, our hot sauce made its debut at the renowned Fiery Food Show in New Mexico, receiving rave reviews and setting the stage for its fiery ascent. Over the years, the business took a hiatus but has now been rebirthed by me in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon, where I have called home for the past decade. Drawing upon my roots and inspired by my mother’s legacy, I have has reignited the flame and brought the hot sauce back to life.

As we evolved, we embraced the richness of Caribbean fruits, expanding our offerings to include three delectable flavors: mango, pineapple and papaya.
